Ready to take the next step?

We want to make sure our clients succeed. That’s why we take the time to meet with each individual one on one.

Our Lifestyle Consultation offers you the opportunity to meet with a Nourish Lifestyle Coach to go over your goals, challenges, and struggles. We discuss in detail why you are wanting to make the changes you desire, what you are comfortable doing and explain our program. During this consultation, you will receive an InBody 570 scan that will tell us your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, visceral fat level and several other health markers. These assist us in making the recommendations that we feel will be most beneficial to you personally. The lifestyle consultation takes about an hour of your time and is offered for $47.

The Nourish Lifestyle Coach will then determine if you are a good candidate for the program and if the program is a good fit for you.. If so, we will give you our recommendations and explain the program options in detail.  Our programs are customized to each individual based on their goals and specific needs.

We believe in our program so much that we won’t let you impulse join. We require that you go home, think it over and then when you are ready to take the next step, that is where our journey begins.

You see, our client’s success is our success and we are committed to success!

FAQs

Dr. Chris Hoelscher

Chris is our science guy.  Chris founded Eastland Chiropractic & Lifestyle Center in 1984 and retired from active practice in 2017.  During his time in practice, he opened several clinics in the midwest and one in Saipan, a US commonwealth in Micronesia. He has always maintained an active interest in biology, chemistry and physics and how they affect our bodies. He knew there had to be a reason why some people could eat almost anything and still not gain weight, while others only had to look at food and their waistline would start to expand. He became interested in how and if genetics play a role in weight management and how foods can affect us all differently.

He also believes that you have to be able to measure anything you want to manage and that starts with knowing where you’re at.  THe INbody scale we utilize in The Nourish Lifestyle program is what gives us the measurable data needed to chart progress. It’s not just the number on the bathroom scale but what the pounds are made of that’s important. With the Inbody scale we can assess the changes in body composition to make sure we are making progress.

He is also fondly known as our on-call tech guy, fixing our computers, printers and most anything else that needs a fix at our office.
